Introducing our quality 300gsm 04 235x325mm white A4 card envelope. These envelopes are not your ordinary 80gsm or 110gsm envelopes. They are crafted with 300gsm cards, so they are stiffer, thicker, and more protective than standard envelopes.
The envelope is designed to make soft or flat products close Tight in the envelope. So you can meet the under 20mm thickness target easier, while other soft normal paper envelopes or poly mailing bags will just ‘inflate’ with a soft item inside. The 04 size is 235 x 325mm, which is within Auspost Large Letter requirements. If you can keep them thin enough and light enough, it will be counted as a large letter by Auspost.
The 04 card envelope 235x325mm is designed to fit A4 documents, or A4 size accessory items nicely and easily. The envelope offers a bit of extra care and corner protection during transit.
