Introducing our quality 300gsm 02 215x270mm white card envelope. These envelopes are not your ordinary 80gsm or 110gsm envelopes. They are crafted with 300gsm cards, so they are stiffer, thicker, and more protective than standard envelopes.
The envelope is designed to make soft or flat products close Tight in the envelope. So you can meet the under 20mm thickness target easier, while other soft normal paper envelopes or poly mailing bags will just ‘inflate’ with a soft item inside. The 02 size is 215 x 270mm, which is within Auspost Large Letter requirements. If you can keep them thin enough and light enough, it will be counted as a large letter by Auspost.
The 02 card envelope 215x270mm is one of our best-selling medium envelopes for documents, and some small accessory items, such as screen protectors. The envelope offers a bit of extra care and corner protection during transit.
